Hello, I am Mr Umer

I built PakFinanceGuides to make everyday money maths simple, visible and free.

Money decisions often come wrapped in jargon, and the maths is hidden behind sign-up forms. I started PakFinanceGuides to do the opposite: put the formula on the page, let you try your own numbers and explain the result in plain English.

What you will find here

Eight calculators covering mortgages, loans, credit cards, savings, compound interest, retirement, budgeting and inflation, each with a worked example. Alongside them sit long-form guides that explain the ideas behind the numbers.

How I work

I research, write and test everything myself. Each calculator is checked against hand calculations, and guides are revisited when something changes. Read the full editorial policy.

What I am not

I am not a licensed financial adviser, and nothing here is personal advice. The goal is education so you can ask better questions of the professionals you do hire.
